Shipping & Delivery

Here at Navinee, we strive to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. We source our products directly from the best manufacturers around the world. In most cases, we allow our manufacturers to ship directly to you in order to bypass any intermediary and keep your cost as low as possible. This may impact our delivery times, however, we will always update you on the status of your order. 

All orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. So if you place your order at a later time on Friday or at the weekend, it will not be dispatched until Monday or the next working day. We can not guarantee that your order will be dispatched on a holiday so please wait until the next available working day.

The time frame for our order delivery is divided into two parts: 

U.S, Canada, U.K., & Australia

Processing time: For order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed. The processing time usually takes an additional 2-4 business days.

• Limited Time Free Standard Shipping: 12-15 business days. 
• Calculated Shipping cost will depend on your address: 7-10 business days.

• Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time.
• Custom orders take 2-3 weeks, which includes manufacturing and shipping times. In some situations, orders may take longer to arrive at its destination, however, we will always be fully transparent with our customers and provide you with the necessary tracking information. 

Rest of World 

• Processing time: 2-4 business days.

• Free Standard Shipping: 15-20 business days.
• Calculated Shipping cost will depend on your address (tracking information): 10-15 business days.
